As you can imagine, we go through a lot of food. We are also busy driving to and from practices and attending their games. Their sisters are involved in their own Soccer Teams too.
Several nights of the week, we need dinner recipes that are quick and easy…AND tasty too! This Baked Ravioli Recipe is really good and is on our dinner rotation quite often.

Hi Amy,
If one were to put this together in the morning and refrigerate until after work, would the baking time differ? (On the one hand, the ravioli wouldn’t be frozen; on the other hand, the whole dish would be refrigerator temp.) Have you done it this way?
Thank you,
Debbie F.Reply

I have not but think it should work out just the same.

Hi Amy- shared this on my blog today with a link to you. I tried it and it is awesome, but I used ravioli with meat and used spaghetti sauce because I already had it on hand. Thanks for a great recipe.

This looks delicious! Is this a recipe that would freeze well to save or deliver to someone who needs a meal?

The Idea Room Assistant says
I would think so. I have not tried freezing it but I would think that it should be fine though.
