I am not a REALTOR® and do not belong to a REALTOR® association. Am I required to join one now to access OneKey MLS?

All Participants (Office Brokers) are required to be members of a New York-based REALTOR® association to have access to OneKey® MLS. If you are currently a non-REALTOR®, you should contact support@hgar.com or call 914-681-0833 for more information before February 1, 2024 to ensure MLS access is retained.

I’m not currently a subscriber of OneKey MLS. Should I sign up should I wait until the transition is complete?

If you are not currently a participant member (Office Broker) or subscriber (Salesperson/Associate Broker) with OneKey® MLS, we would suggest that you wait until the end of January when you will receive instructions on how, where, and when to sign up.

Will OneKey MLS be honoring our current contract which expires in June 2024?

Participants (Office Brokers) will receive a refund issued directly from Mid-Hudson MLS for fees paid through June 2024 in a timely manner.

To whom do I pay my dues? What are the fees?

How long will the Mid-Hudson system be available?

The Mid-Hudson system will be available until January 31, 2024. At that time, listing information will be available in the OneKey MLS system, and Mid-Hudson agents that were not previously subscribed to OneKey MLS will be eligible to join at that time.

I’m already a OneKey MLS participant or subscriber and have been creating duplicate listings in Mid-Hudson MLS and OneKey MLS for maximum exposure. What will happen to the duplicate listing?

At the time of the cut over, our Technical Support team will flag and remove any duplicate listing imported from Mid-Hudson MLS into OneKey MLS. The OneKey MLS listing data will be the listing that remains intact. All participants and subscribers will be notified and encouraged to review their listings and check that the duplicate listings have been removed. If you find a duplicate listing still exists at that time, please contact Support@HGAR.com or call 914-681-0833 and the duplication will be resolved quickly.

Will my saved contacts automatically be transferred to the new Matrix database?

Efforts are underway to ensure that as much data as possible is automatically transferred to the new Matrix database when the cutover is complete. However, with any data conversion of this size, there is a potential that not all data will be automatically transferred, and additional steps may be required.

Will open houses be automatically transferred to the new Matrix database?

No. When you log in to the Matrix, you must re-enter any open house data for each listing.

When will my listings appear on OneKey MLS?

All listings will be transferred to OneKey MLS before the end of January. Beginning February 1, 2024, all listings will be published on onekeymls.com, the consumer-facing listing search site.

Will only Active listings be transferred? What about Closed and Expired listings?

All listing data will be brought over from the Mid-Hudson database to the OneKey MLS Matrix database. Once the cutover is complete, you are strongly encouraged to review listing data for all on-market listings to ensure they have been transferred to the OneKey MLS Matrix database appropriately.

What listing statuses does OneKey MLS support?

How much of the listing data will be transferred to OneKey MLS?

Is it mandatory to use the OneKey MLS listing agreements?

No. There is no requirement to use listing agreements offered by OneKey MLS. You can continue to use your office listing agreement.

What documents are required for OneKey MLS listings?

Does OneKey MLS use Black Knight Paragon? If not, when, and where will the training take place?

OneKey MLS uses the Matrix platform from CoreLogic. Live virtual and in-person training will be offered in your local area. Dates, times, and locations are available here: https://www.onekeymlsny.com/new-mls-info/training/
