1.15 GPM Spray Valve

The spray valve on this pre-rinse is capable of a 1.15 GPM flow rate. This helps you to conserve water and save money on your utility bill and also makes it well-suited for most warewashing setups. An ergonomic and heat-resistant handle makes it easy to use even during a long and busy shift, while the hold-down ring lets you lock it in a continuous spray position for as long as you need.

44” Flex Hose

The flexible stainless steel hose on this model provides great range of motion and lets you direct the water exactly where you need it. The spring helps it retain its shape and keeps the spray valve positioned above the sink.

Adjustable Wall Mount Centers

This faucet mounts to the wall using a pair of 1/2” NPT female inlets with 2” flanges. Those inlets can adjust from 7 3/4” to 8 1/4”, allowing you to fit them directly onto your facility’s water lines with ease.

Lever Handles, Compression Cartridges

This faucet comes with lever handles. The cartridges feature a spindle design that moves up and down within a removable insert, which produces less wear and tear and greater reliability when compared to similar compression-style cartridges that move up and down within the faucet body itself. Additionally, this model comes with spring checks to prevent cross flow.

Chrome-Plated Brass

With its chrome-plated brass construction, this faucet provides a polished look with the durability you expect from an industry-leading faucet manufacturer.

12” Add-On Faucet

EasyInstall Design

This unit features T&S's innovative EasyInstall design to save you time when setting it up. The riser is designed with a lock nut and bushing that pop down into the faucet base, so that you only have to tighten the nut to secure the riser rather than threading it into the base.

Can I get a spray valve with a higher flow rate (GPM)?

A: The maximum flow rate for all commercial pre-rinse spray valves produced after January 28, 2019 is 1.28 GPM – more specific regulations may apply based on the valve’s spray force in ounce-force (ozf).

Product Class 1 (5 ozf or less) – Max Flow Rate: 1 GPM
Product Class 2 (5.01 - 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.2 GPM
Product Class 3 (over 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.28 GPM

These regulations do not impact spray valves made before January 28, 2019, and are implemented by the US Department of Energy in an effort to improve energy conservation.

I have a chemical injection system on my compartment sink. Can I use my pre-rinse faucet to supply water to it?

Yes! Item B-TEE-RGD is a rigid tee assembly that installs easily into an existing T&S pre-rinse faucet (or you can use it on a brand new faucet) and provides you with a means to deliver water to a chemical injection system, or other, similar sink accessories that may require a water supply.
